My career spans 33 years in the Corporate Banking and Finance industry where I have Headed up Corporate Banking Business Development teams at three of the top four Australian Banks. In that period I was honored to receive several national awards for sales and performance excellence. I am passionate about Corporate Banking & Finance, serving the Client, complex sales and business development.

In 2016 I formulated a Client Centric strategic plan, based on everything I had learnt in my career about Client relationship management, Client acquisition, complex sales and Business Development. The strategic plan captured every Client Centric initiative and innovation that I had been taught or discovered in my 33 year Corporate Banking journey.

In December 2017 I decided to open a Corporate Banking and Debt Advisory business to assist Corporate Clients in sourcing the most cost effective financing solution available globally. I am accredited with 160 Bank, Non Bank Financial Institutions and Family Offices across the Globe. I know the best Corporate Banking Credit Managers and know what they want to see in a Corporate Finance transaction. I am industry agnostic and am prepared to assist any Corporate seeking capital.

I am passionate about Clients. My motto: “We exist because of our Clients.”

I am also skilled in building deep strategic relationships, Portfolio Management and Risk Management. I have proven that my client centric strategy works across industries, not just in banking.

I graduated from Xavier College Kew, Monash University with Hons and the Securities Institute of Australia.

Andrew Whitmore

Partner - Transaction Banking

Andrew Whitmore

Andrew is a Consultant in finance and working capital services with 25 years experience in banking and customer relationships. Andrew understands all aspects of cash management and transaction banking, through to the most sophisticated operating platform banking applications, IT and e-Commerce.

He has experience across five banks with roles including State and National responsibilities for Cash Management and e-Commerce teams which has given Andrew an intimate understanding of the capabilities and approaches to current banking structures, facilities payment mechanisms and the mapping to operating platforms within business and local government.

As a cash management professional, Andrew has a total understanding of the opportunity and risk profiles of the function, and will focus on succinct and tangible cost saving reviews and advice leading to better structures, services, products and relationships with his client’s banks. He enjoys working closely with his clients and partners and will deliver a positive outcome for all parties.

Kim Pinto

Partner - Analytics

Kim Pinto

Joaquim (Kim) Pinto has more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance Analytics roles including:

  • Client Manager with a Big 4 accounting firm, responsible for analytics, modeling, IM preparation and process management of M&A Advisory engagements
  • Senior Analyst in a Big 4 Corporate Banking team, preparing investment proposals for complex and/or time-critical transactions
  • Corporate Finance Specialist within the finance teams of ASX listed and private companies, working on internal analysis, insight delivery and financial forecast models
  • Independent Consultant working with ASX listed and private company clients, providing financial analysis and financial modeling services to support M&A transactions, annual planning activities and ad hoc financial projects

Colin Robinson

Partner - Property

Colin Robinson

Colin Robinson has many years of experience spanning the entire commercial property spectrum, including:

  • Project financing of residential, commercial and industrial projects, including General Manager of a mezzanine mortgage fund business and National Head of a major Australian Bank’s Commercial Property division
  • Acting as a Responsible Manager of a managed investment scheme
  • Overseeing the project sales and real estate division of a mid-tiered property developer.
